Returns

You have 10 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it

In the original packaging.

Unboxing video must be upload on while return request.

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-returnable items

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

Downloadable software or digital products

Gift cards

Custom or personalized items (unless defective)

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds may take 10 days to process depending on your card issuer or payment provider.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
